1.1 Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 85520 85520 or email dressorder@annaaadai.shop with your order ID and cancellation request.
1.2 Cancellation After 12 Hours
After the 12-hour window, your order may have already been packed or prepared for shipping. In such cases:
- If not yet shipped: We will make our best effort to cancel the order. A processing fee of ₹50 may apply.
- If already shipped: Cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.
1.3 Cancellation by Annaaadai
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing error on the Website
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
- Incomplete or unverifiable shipping information
- Non-payment within 24 hours of order confirmation (for prepaid orders)
In all cases where we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Order cancelled within the 12-hour cancellation window
- Order cancelled by Annaaadai due to stock or pricing issues
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Product returned within 7 days of delivery (subject to return conditions)

2.3 Refund Process
Once your cancellation or return is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Your cancellation/return request is reviewed and approved (within 24 hours).

Processing
Refund is initiated to your original payment method (1-2 business days after approval).

Credit
Amount reflects in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
2.4 Refund Methods
- UPI Payments: Refund to the original UPI ID within 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refund to the original bank account within 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer (account details required)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Custom-made or personalized ethnic wears (unless defective)
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events (unless defective)
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Shipping charges for change-of-mind returns
- Gift cards or vouchers
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or UPI transaction history again
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary
