At Annaaadai, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right. We offer a straightforward 7-day return policy and hassle-free refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product purchased from Annaaadai if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • You have the order confirmation (WhatsApp message or email)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized ethnic wears (e.g., ethnic wears with custom engraving or initials)
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale events (unless defective)
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24 hours. We may request photographs of the product.

Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address. We will provide shipping instructions and may arrange a pickup for certain locations.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Products: We will bear the return shipping cost and arrange a free pickup or reimburse your shipping expense.
  • Wrong Product Sent: We will bear the return shipping cost and send the correct product at no additional charge.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A flat rate of ₹79 will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Methods

Refunds are processed through the original payment method:

  • UPI Payments: Refund to the original UPI ID within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to the original bank account within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer (you will need to provide account details)

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We will prioritize processing your return to minimize any inconvenience.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 12 hours, if the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery (for prepaid orders, a refund will be processed after the package is returned to us) or initiate a return after delivery.
