1. Shipping Coverage

Annaaadai currently ships to all major cities and towns across India. We deliver to all serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours of order placement and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may apply during special sales events.

3. Delivery Timelines

Note: Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (festivals, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp. You can track your order by:

  • Visiting our Track Order page and entering your order ID
  • Messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 85520 85520 with your order ID
  • Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation message

6. Packaging

Every Annaaadai ethnic wear is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:

  • Individual protective wrapping for each ethnic wear
  • Branded gift-ready box (for authentic handloom)
  • Bubble wrap and protective padding
  • Tamper-evident outer packaging

We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible as part of our commitment to sustainability.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after 2-3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund.

7.2 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

7.3 Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged package/product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes and orders up to ₹2,000. A COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply. COD availability is determined at checkout based on your delivery pin code. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain areas or during high-demand periods.
